
ABOUT DERO FC
Dero FC was established in December 2013 and is registered with Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services. The name 'Dero' refers to a traditional granary which was and is still being use to store food and keep it safe during both times of plenty and periods of scarcity.
The Club's mission is to provide a quality sporting and social environment where everyone feels welcome to participate.
The vision of Dero FC is to be the Football Club of choice in identification and development of talent and life skills among the youth in Kenya.
Objectives:
• To positively promote football activities to its members and offer coaching and competitive opportunities to all those members who wish to play.
• To offer Life skills training to the youth.
• To foster community relations by providing sporting and scholastic opportunities for young people in the area.
• To increase the number of activities at the club with the intention of increasing membership and consequential awareness of football.
• To attain self-sustainability.
These objectives are being met by various strategies put in place by management.
